Complaint
If you have received a broken or damaged product, we will of course fix it!
If you have received a damaged product, please do the following:
Email order@stardist.se. The more complete information you have, the faster we can handle your case:
- Indicate that the item is damaged.
- Your order number
- Titles/names of the damaged item(s)
- Attach a photo showing the damage to the item.
- Attach photo of the packaging
- Describe the actual injury as clearly as possible.
- Please file a complaint as soon as you discover the damage.
