If you have received a broken or damaged product, we will of course fix it!

If you have received a damaged product, please do the following:

Email order@stardist.se. The more complete information you have, the faster we can handle your case:

  • Indicate that the item is damaged.
  • Your order number
  • Titles/names of the damaged item(s)
  • Attach a photo showing the damage to the item.
  • Attach photo of the packaging
  • Describe the actual injury as clearly as possible.
  • Please file a complaint as soon as you discover the damage.
