Complaint
If you have received a broken or damaged product or an entire package that has been damaged in transit, we will of course fix it!
Do this if you have received a damaged item or package:
Email our customer service via the contact form below. We answer emails within 24 hours on weekdays. The more complete information you have, the faster we can handle your case:
- State that it concerns a damaged item or a damaged package
- Your order number
- The titles/designations of the damaged item(s).
- Attach a photo showing the damage to the item and/or package
- Describe the injury itself as clearly as possible
Customer service will further assist you with the information needed for a free return and for you to be entitled to have the product sent to you.
