Welcome to Hikmastore! By shopping with us you accept our terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order
To make a purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. When you place an order through our website, you enter into a binding contract with us. An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been registered.
3. Prices
All prices on the website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout depending on the delivery address and shipping option selected.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Klarna invoice (if applicable) All payments are made through secure payment solutions.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Sweden and to certain international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option and destination chosen. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will inform you via email.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout depending on delivery address and shipping option.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us at order@stardist.se and inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase. The goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging, if possible.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your package arrives at a representative and you choose not to pick it up, you will be required to pay a compensation.
7. Warranty and complaints
In the event of defective or incorrect goods, you have the right to complain about the goods within 2 years from the date of purchase. If the complaint is approved, we will offer a new item, repair or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Liability and limitations
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the use of our products. We are not responsible for damages that arise from improper use or loss of data or profit. We are also not responsible for packages not picked up by agents.
